Limited Warranty for the United States

WHAT IS COVERED?

Paradigm International, LLC DBA Keenz Stroller Wagons warrants that its strollers will be free from defects in material and workmanship occurring under normal use for a period limited to six (6) months from the date of the original purchase or date of delivery (if later than the date of purchase) .If the product is registered with Paradigm International, LLC DBA Keenz Stroller Wagons within six (6) months of the original purchase date of the product, the warranty period is extended to one (1) year from the date of original purchase or date of delivery (if later than the date of purchase)  (the “Extended Warranty”). You can register your product online at https://keenz.us/pages/product-registration.

Accessories have a 90-day warranty from the original purchase date or date of delivery (if later than the date of purchase) of the product.

 

WHO IS COVERED? 

This warranty only applies to the original purchaser of the product and cannot be transferred to any other person. The product must have been assembled and maintained per the product instructions.

The warranty is valid when the product is purchased from www.keenz.us or from any authorized Keenz retailer in the United States, unless otherwise prohibited by law. Because Paradigm International, LLC DBA Keenz Stroller Wagons cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized retailers, products sold by unauthorized retailers, including unauthorized internet sites, are not covered by this warranty.

 

WHAT IS NOT COVERED?

This warranty does not cover:

  • KEENZ Parts and accessories that were not supplied by KEENZ Stroller Wagons
  • Damage caused by misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse, other abnormal use, storage damage, or use of the product other than for its intended purpose
  • Damage caused by improper or unauthorized repair or maintenance
  • Damage caused by any modifications or alterations of the product
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic issues such as fading or scratches from normal wear
  • Any other cause or damage not arising from defects in material and workmanship

 

HOW DO I MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM?

Be sure to include your proof of purchase and photos/video of the issue.

 

SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY

Your sole and exclusive remedy and Paradigm International, LLC DBA Keenz Stroller Wagons exclusive liability under this warranty is for Paradigm International, LLC DBA Keenz Stroller Wagons, at its option, to either repair or replace the defective product. Repaired or replaced products will be warranted to the end of the warranty period set forth above for the product or 90 days from the repair or replacement of the product, whichever occurs first.

 

DISCLAIMERS

This warranty is the only warranty made to you for the product and is provided in lieu of any other express or implied warranties or similar obligations (if any) created by any advertising, documentation, packaging, or other communications.  ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT MAY BE APPLICABLE TO THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

IN NO EVENT SHALL KEENZ US OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS OF VALUE OF THE PRODUCT OR LOSS OF USE OF THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF KEENZ US HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.

The Extended Warranty assumes parts and assemblies are in stock at the time of request. Due to availability there could be delays in receiving replacement parts. If the 7S is discontinued and for some reason parts are no longer available at the time of claim, a pro-rata share of the extended warranty value will be credited to the customer if an extended warranty plan was purchased.

Paradigm International, LLC DBA Keenz Stroller Wagons does not authorize any person to assume or create for it any obligation or liability in connection with the product other than as expressly set forth herein.
